ORDER PROCESS: Whenever an enquiry comes to us we respond towards it at our best within 48 hours of duration. Once the enquiry has turned into an order after satisfaction of our client, our team starts their process of assorting stones and deciding over the manufacturing craftsmen for them. Once crafted , the items goes for setting of stones into them. Further polishing and cleaning process goes on till the product is in our hands ready to be packed. The quality check team works their part and when satisfied, gives a green signal to the items. The items not able to satisfy the quality person does not go ahead and are reverted to the manufacturing team for correction / to be dismantled. We need a time frame of 2 to 3 weeks for the items to be shipped from our end after the payment date. If there is any change in the design / stone other than the ordered pieces due to any reason , then we will take permission from you to do so.
SAMPLE ORDER: You can give us sample orders of at least USD 150 to test us. Please see Contact US page for contacting us the way your wish.
CANCELLATION: An order cannot be cancelled after the payment is done. However it can be edited within 24 hours of the payment done. Further no changes will be accepted. This is because our team starts assorting stones and craftsmen starts the process according to the ordered designs ,immediately after the payment is done. However if you still wish to cancel / edit an order then there will be a charge of USD 50 for cancellation / editions being made in orders. However in some special case this charge may be waived off.
SHIPPING: We ship insured parcels through EMS Speed Post , Fedex , UPS and their associated courior companies. We take all steps to avoid any import duty charges being lavied on our buyers by the Custom department of their country . Still if there is some duty charged then the buyers are liable for it.
PAYMENTS: We accept payments through Paypal Method and Bank Wire Transfer. Once an order is confirmed we will send you the necessary information for payment. All payments are to be made in advance when order is given for less than USD 5000 . For the orders of more than USD 5000 you can discuss special payment terms with us .
ITEM RETURNS: We usually do not face such problems because there are no quality issues for our products. However if in any case you need to return goods to us, please contact us and we will give the best way out for it. The items should be unworn for the purpose of hygiene.PLEASE NOTE THAT NO REFUNDS OF CASH ARE DONE. You can order us some other items of the same value.
