Q: What is the guarantee that I will receive the same good quality jewellery what I order on your website looking at the images?
A: We have displayed a normal size images to enable our clients see what an item looks like. We maticulously work on providing the same quality shown on the image. All silver items are 92.5% pure and stamped for the same. The gemstones are all real. For any reason if we are unable to provide the exact item which is ordered then we will seek your permission to send substitute for it. We never send anything without your permission / knowledge. Still we always request new buyers to place a SAMPLE ORDER of USD 150 to check our quality of work and services. This will ensure you of what we are providing and if there are some ways to improve upon our quality you can always guide us. We always welcome for new ideas.
Q: What is the minimum quantity to order with you?
A: For different categories there are different minimum order quantity . You need to write us about your choice of items and then we will confirm you the minimums for them. However you can place a sample order for minimum of USD 150 for silver jewellery items with us.
Q: How much time you need to ship the ordered items ?
A: We usually take 2-3 weeks time to ship the ordered items from our end. During the procedure we keep updating our clients about the progress of their orders.
Q: How would I know what all items are being sent to me in a parcel shipped?
A: We usually ship the complete order in single parcel but in certain conditions we ship the complete order in two parcels . We always confirm the tracking details of each parcel along with an invoice which reflects exactly what is being sent in the parcel.
Q: What are your payment terms and payment receiving methods?
A: We have our policy of taking 100% advance payment for all the orders of less than USD 5000 value. For higher amount of orders we welcome you to discuss mutually agreeable terms of payment. We accept payments through paypal and direct bank wire transfer. When an order is confirmed by you we will send the necessary information for the payment as per your choice.
Q: How much can I depend on your packaging procedures?
A: You can completely depend upon our packaging systems. We diligently ensure that all the items reach you safely without any faults.
Q: What are your shipping procedures?
A: We ship through EMS speed post, DHL , UPS , FEDEX and their associated services. The parcel reaches your home / shipping address which ever you confirm us. It normally takes 5 business days to reach you. We immediately confirm the tracking details for the same and continuously assist our clients till they receive the parcel in hand.
Q: What are the shipping charges?
A: We ship worldwide .We charge USD 25 for the first 500 gms weight of the package . Further for every other 500 gms there is additional charges of USD 15.
Q: Does your shipping includes insurance of the items?
A: Yes we ship insured items. The insurance charges are included in the shipping charges.
Q : Do I need to pay any other charges than the cost of items and shipping?
A: If you are sending the payment through Paypal, there is a Service tax at the rate of 4.5% of the total amount you are paying. In case of bank wire transfer, this fee is 2% of the total amount. This is to be paid by the buyer.
Q: Do I need to pay any import duty charges in my country for the goods I order with you?
A: We normally take all necessary steps to avoid any duty charges being levied on our clients in their country. However the Custom Duty procedures of your country are beyond our control . At some point of time its quite possible that you are charged with the Custom Duty by the Custom department of your country. You need to pay that on your own.
Q: If I want to make changes in order list , how can i proceed for it?
A: Once you have sent a payment for the order you can change the order list in 24 hours of the payment time. After that you cannot change your order. Still if you want to change then there will be a charge of USD 50 for the same. However in some special cases this charge can be waived off.
Q: If I cancel my order , will I get full refunds?
A: Once you have confirmed an order and have sent the payment for it, you cannot cancel the order. No cash refunds will be given .
Q: If I want to return goods for some reasons, how can I do it?
A:Usually we do not face such situation because there are no quality issues with us. In some special cases if you wish to return the goods please write us and we will give the best way out for it.
Q: Do you have any disributer of your company's products in my country ?
A: We have our distributers in various countries . You need to ask from us about them confirming your location to us.
Q: Do you offer real wholesale prices for the items?
A: Yes we are wholesale manufacturer. We offer real wholesale prices for all items irrespective of the ordered quantity. You can always compare our prices ( along with the quality ) with other suppliers.
